Every now and then I like to switch up my wardrobe with a look I haven’t really worn before. Do you like to step out of your comfort zone once in a while to mix it up?
I’ve been really digging the Skater style at the minute along with retro sweaters and trainers and so I invested a little time on ASOS. I blame Joe partially for this, his fashion sense is rubbing off on me a bit and I’m more inclined to reach for the sneaks than the huge boots. The thickness of the sweat is perfect for this time of year and can be teamed with a coat for added layers.
I’m wearing a size 16 here which is generously sized. Luckily for me, this was the exact look I was going for. I wanted a nice slouchy jumper I could let everything go in and team with a pair of cheap leggings (with the bum being covered of course). It’s available in the sale right now and I suggest investing if you want to feel like a wonderful pink marshmallow like me.
^please excuse the mud- it wouldn’t be a real picture at Hessle Foreshore without!
Other than strolling around the Foreshore bracing the cold winds of the Humber, I’ve been spending a lot of time photographing my little one. The time off over Christmas gave me time to reflect on what is important to me and where (and to whom) I’m going to invest my time and efforts. What have you been up to the past week? I’d love to hear in the comments below.
