Simply Be Lace Fit and Flare

You’ll have seen my post on Simply Be’autiful’s knit dress, and if you haven’t where have you been?! Look here to see me strut around Rome in it. I’m a huge fan of Simply be (if you haven’t already guessed) so when they asked me to pick a piece to wear I was instantly searching their Autumn Campaign and came across this piece as worn by Gabi Fresh (who looked bangin’ I might add) and HAD to replicate the look as best I could.

I had the dress, the belt, the shoes and the perfect backdrop for this image. I find myself eagle eyed on any walk or drive now constantly looking for the next backdrop for my blog. If anyone can recommend anywhere in Hull I’m always up for being a photographer and swapping shoots! Although the setting was perfect, with the winter light kicking in I’d practically ran here after work and still found the light was fading. So apologies for the poor lighting but what can you do? It’s nature and I do not wish to contend with it.

Dress: Simply Be*
Jacket: Dorothy Perkins similar here
Heeled boots: Tesco (old)
Belt: River Island
Bag (visible in background): New Look

I sized down for this (having read some reviews on sizing issues) and the size 14 fits me like a glove. I didn’t have any of the fitting issues others had mentioned in reviews but then I don’t have a big bust really, so it fitted nicely and sat just right. The back zips right up to the top for maximum security (I won’t be popping out).

What are your favourite pieces from the Autumn Campaign or is it too soon for us to be talking about Winter?
