The Red Dress

I didn’t need an excuse to wear this right?

As I stated in my previous blog I was waiting for the right reason to wear this dress, but when I unpacked it I found myself slipping into it for a try on before I could even count to ten, and I am SO glad I did.

This gorgeous Yours clothing red/orangey dress is so suitable for work, or even going out for a nice meal. I plan on wearing it for networking as I believe it to be simply elegant and extremely Audrey Hepburn Breakfast at Tiffany’s style.

It is currently on Yours clothing website for £33 see Here and is one not to be missed for those looking for the classic style. An absolute bargain in my eyes and I even got 20% off after a little voucher googling. I’ve paid over the odds for dresses like this before so it’s refreshing to find affordable stylish clothing suitable for us curvier ladies.

One of my favourite parts of the dress is the kimono sleeves and front slit for that little flirtatious vibe.

I paired it with some Dorothy Perkins black heels but this could easily be worn with any shoes, I’d pair with some sandals in summer if you’re not a fan of heels.

I’d say it’s pretty true to size as this is a 16 and I felt comfortable and confident in it. The material is very cool for summer and providing you size correctly extremely chic. I’ll be looking out for more dresses like this from Yours and others as I am so pleased to see these back in style!

You’ll be sure to see me strutting around in it at my next networking event,
